📝 JOB SUMMARY

• Head the complete procurement function for interior turnkey projects executed primarily across India, with occasional international projects.

• Manage end-to-end procurement activities, from BOQ and material planning to sourcing, material checking, team handling and project requirements.

🎯 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Head the complete procurement function for interior turnkey projects.

• Handle procurement as per BOQ, project specifications and material requirements.

• Procure furniture, plywood, doors, ceiling materials, electrical items, glass, doors, partitions, hardware and other interior project materials.

• Manage end-to-end procurement activities from requirement identification to material delivery.

• Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for sourcing, pricing, availability and timely delivery.

• Check materials for quality, quantity and compliance with project requirements.

• Coordinate procurement activities for projects across India and, when required, international projects.

• Lead and manage the procurement team.

• Monitor procurement schedules and ensure timely availability of materials at project sites.

• Coordinate with project and internal teams to ensure smooth material planning and execution.

• Maintain procurement documentation, records and project-related material tracking.
