Responsibilities & Key Deliverables

Drive PMO governance and execution monitoring across Product Development programs, ensuring adherence to project timelines, quality requirements, and business objectives through effective planning, tracking, risk management, stakeholder coordination, and performance reporting.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive governance and execution monitoring across assigned Product Development programs, ensuring alignment with product roadmaps and business priorities.
• Implement and maintain project management frameworks covering planning, milestone tracking, gateway reviews, risk management, issue management, and performance reporting.
• Provide program-level visibility to leadership through timely reporting of project status, risks, dependencies, key milestones, and critical action items.
• Monitor schedule adherence, project progress, quality deliverables, and launch readiness across development projects, platforms, variants, and technology initiatives.
• Conduct periodic project reviews to identify execution risks, resource constraints, process gaps, and bottlenecks affecting program delivery.
• Escalate critical project issues and coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders to facilitate timely resolution and recovery actions.
• Support resource planning and capacity tracking across Product Development functions, highlighting utilization gaps and resource constraints to management.
• Monitor development budgets, project expenditures, and resource utilization to ensure adherence to approved plans and financial guidelines.
• Facilitate management reviews, governance meetings, and project review forums, ensuring closure of action items and follow-up on key decisions.
• Support risk identification and mitigation by maintaining risk registers, tracking mitigation plans, and monitoring project recovery actions.
• Coordinate with Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, Finance, Purchasing, and Program teams to ensure effective project execution and milestone achievement.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives, process compliance, PMO best practices, SOP adherence, and project management capability enhancement across teams.
