The position demands active communication with various stakeholders to align expectations, address challenges, and ensure successful outcomes. The lead coordinates efforts across different teams and departments, ensuring that all aspects of the project are progressing smoothly and any obstacles are promptly addressed to keep the project on track.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead strategic planning sessions to align project goals with organizational objectives.
- Facilitate effective communication channels among stakeholders to ensure transparency and timely updates.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and enhance team capabilities.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP EWM.
- Strong knowledge of warehouse management processes and supply chain operations.
- Experience in coordinating cross-functional teams and managing complex project timelines.
- Ability to analyze project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Capability to utilize project management tools and methodologies to track progress and deliverables.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in SAP EWM.
- This position is based at our Pune office.
