Project Engineer (IBMS) | Contractual Role (Third-Party Payroll)

Position: Project Engineer - IBMS
Location: Pune
Employment Type: Contractual (Third-Party Payroll)
Contract Renewal: Annual contract renewal based on individual performance and business requirements.

Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled Project Engineer - IBMS with hands-on experience in Building Management Systems (BMS), CCTV, and Access Control Systems (ACS). The candidate will be responsible for the installation, commissioning, testing, troubleshooting, and maintenance of integrated building automation and security systems across project sites.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute and manage IBMS projects involving: Building Management System (BMS) CCTV Surveillance Systems Access Control Systems (ACS) Integrated Security Systems
• Perform site surveys, installation, testing, commissioning, and handover activities.
• Coordinate with customers, contractors, consultants, and internal teams to ensure timely project execution.
• Prepare project documentation, reports, method statements, and as-built drawings.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to BMS, CCTV, and ACS systems.
• Monitor project schedules and ensure adherence to quality and safety standards.
• Support integration activities between various building automation and security platforms.
• Provide post-installation support and customer training when required.

Required Qualifications

• Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation, Electronics & Communication, or related engineering discipline.
• 3-8 years of experience in IBMS projects.
• Strong hands-on experience in: Building Management Systems (BMS) CCTV Systems Access Control Systems (ACS)
• Experience in installation, commissioning, troubleshooting, and maintenance activities.
• Ability to read technical drawings, wiring diagrams, and system architecture layouts.
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Willingness to travel within project locations as required.
