Skills -* Experience in façade Industry is mandatory.

* Knowledge of Unitized Curtain Wall, Semi-Unitized, Aluminium Windows, Structural Glazing, ACP Cladding, Spider Glazing, and Louvres.

* Strong understanding of BOQs, quantity take-offs, costing, tendering, and rate analysis.

* Ability to read architectural and façade drawings.

* Proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Excel. • Facade Systems Knowledge: Deep understanding of curtain walls, cladding, rainscreens, windows, skylights, and architectural metalwork.

• Performance & Compliance Standards: Knowing the requirements for wind loading, structural movement, waterproofing, thermal insulation, acoustics, and fire safety.

• Reading Technical Drawings: Ability to review shop drawings, structural calculations, and material mock-ups for accuracy and buildability.

• Design Software Familiarity: Basic proficiency or oversight capability in tools like AutoCAD, Revit, and BIM workflows.

• Building Codes & Regulations: Up-to-date knowledge of local safety standards and building regulations
