Job Description

Policybazaar is looking for dynamic and target-oriented Relationship Managers to join its sales team. The candidate will be responsible for acquiring new customers, generating leads, selling insurance products, maintaining customer relationships, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Achieve sales targets based on Annualized Premium (ANP) and case count.

- Generate new business through leads, referrals, natural markets, and existing customer databases.

- Meet customers to understand their insurance requirements and recommend suitable solutions.

- Promote insurance products through need-based selling.

- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to existing customers.

- Maintain strong relationships with allocated customers through regular follow-ups.

- Provide post-sales support and resolve customer issues to ensure timely policy issuance.

- Maintain and update the customer database for the assigned territory.

- Develop sales strategies, forecast sales, and work closely with the supervisor to achieve business goals.

- Follow company information security policies and protect customer data.

Candidate Requirements

- 12th pass qualification.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Customer-focused approach with the ability to build long-term relationships.

- Self-motivated, disciplined, resilient, and results-oriented.

- Passion for sales and business development.
