Job Role: Relationship Manager
Job Summary: Act as a property advisor and guide clients through the real estate process across Maharashtra. Generate new client leads and expand the customer base. Develop a strong network with brokers, channel partners, and real estate stakeholders to drive business growth. Ensure high client satisfaction by offering tailored property solutions and market insights.
Key Responsibilities:
- Guide prospective clients on property selection, site visits, and deal closures.
- Generate leads through cold calling, referrals, digital platforms, and networking.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with brokers.
- Organize and participate in local real estate events, expos, and promotional campaigns.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of local market trends, property laws, and competitor activities.
- Prepare regular reports on lead generation, conversion, and market feedback.
- Act as a key point of contact between the company and external real estate stakeholders.
