Relationship Manager - AHF

Key Responsibilities

• Source new customers for affordable home loans through direct sales, referrals, builders, connectors, and channel partners.
• Generate leads and achieve monthly disbursement and business targets.
• Conduct customer meetings and understand funding requirements.
• Explain loan products, eligibility criteria, repayment options, and documentation requirements.
• Collect and verify customer documents for loan processing.
• Coordinate with credit, operations, legal, and technical teams for loan approval and disbursement.
• Build and maintain relationships with builders, real estate agents, DSAs, and local influencers.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, KYC norms, and regulatory guidelines.
• Monitor portfolio quality and assist in collections when required.
• Cross-sell related products such as insurance, LAP (Loan Against Property), and other financial products.
• Maintain accurate sales reports and update CRM systems.
