Relationship Manager-NETC-Fastag-B2B-Marketing Branches Operations
- Manage relationships related to NETC Fastag and B2B marketing operations. - Oversee branch operations to ensure smooth execution of marketing and sales strategies. - Coordinate with various stakeholders to promote and expand Fastag adoption in the B2B segment. - Handle operational challenges and support branch teams in achieving business targets. - Facilitate communication between marketing and branch operations teams for effective campaign implementation. - Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements in branch operations. - Drive customer engagement and satisfaction through proactive relationship management. - Monitor market trends and competitor activities to optimize marketing efforts. - Support business growth by identifying new opportunities within the B2B Fastag ecosystem. - Collaborate with internal teams to streamline processes and improve operational efficiency.Job role
