Relationship Manager - Retail

Business Development & Sales

• Source new customers through direct sales, referrals, connectors, and channel partners.
• Achieve assigned targets for retail loan products such as Home Loans, LAP, Personal Loans, Vehicle Loans, etc.
• Generate business from existing and potential customers.
• Conduct field visits, market surveys, and lead generation activities.

2. Customer Relationship Management

• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
• Understand customer financial requirements and provide suitable product solutions.
• Ensure customer satisfaction through timely service and query resolution.
• Maintain regular follow-up with customers for repeat and referral business.

3. Loan Processing & Coordination

• Collect and verify customer documents as per company policies.
• Coordinate with credit, operations, legal, and technical teams for loan processing.
• Ensure smooth loan disbursement within defined turnaround time (TAT).
• Track applications and update customers on status.

4. Portfolio Management

• Monitor portfolio quality and customer repayment behavior.
• Support collection efforts for overdue accounts whenever required.
• Ensure portfolio growth while maintaining asset quality.

5. Compliance & Risk Control

• Adhere to all regulatory and company guidelines.
• Ensure KYC, AML, and documentation compliance.
• Maintain accuracy in customer records and reporting.

6. Market Intelligence

• Track competitor activities, pricing, and market trends.
• Share market feedback with management.
• Identify opportunities for business expansion in assigned territory.
