Job DescriptionWe are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Front of House (FOH) team members to join our restaurant team in Pune.

The candidate will be responsible for providing excellent guest service, maintaining service standards, and ensuring a smooth dining experience for every customer.

• Key ResponsibilitiesGreet and welcome guests warmly.
• Take customer orders accurately and coordinate with the kitchen team.
• Serve food and beverages as per restaurant standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the dining and service areas.
• Attend to customer requests and resolve basic service-related concerns professionally.
• Ensure tables are properly set and maintained.
• Coordinate with the kitchen and other team members for smooth service.
• Follow restaurant SOPs, hygiene standards, and safety guidelines.
• Assist with opening and closing duties when required.
• Maintain a positive and professional attitude with guests and team members.
• RequirementsPrevious restaurant/hospitality experience is preferred.
• Freshers with a positive attitude and willingness to learn can also apply.
• Good communication and customer-service skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
• Well-groomed, punctual, and team-oriented.
• Willingness to work flexible shifts, weekends, and holidays.
