Job Description
· Identify and generate new business opportunities, including promotion and sales of Tata Teleservices products and services
· Conduct customer meetings, product presentations, and demonstrations.
· Prepare proposals, negotiate commercial terms, and close sales.
· Build and maintain strong relationships with enterprise customers, SMEs, and channel partners.
· Coordinate with internal teams for solution design, order processing, and service delivery.
· Built and maintained strong customer relationships through regular engagement, understanding business needs, and delivering effective solutions to drive repeat business and improve customer loyalty.
· Managed key customer accounts and ensured timely resolution of queries and concerns.
· Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.
