Sales Executive

This role is critical to our success! As a Lead Generation Sales Person (Lead Nurturer), you will be responsible for taking raw leads generated through social media and transforming them into high-quality opportunities for our network of interior designers. You'll build rapport with potential clients, understand their design needs, and gather essential project details to ensure a successful match with the right designer.

Responsibilities:

- Receive and qualify leads generated through social media campaigns.

- Contact leads promptly and professionally via phone calls to initiate nurturing conversations.

- Build rapport and establish trust with potential clients.

- Understand and qualify leads by effectively asking questions to uncover their design goals, budget, timeline, and project scope.

- Gather crucial project details, including floor plans (if possible).

- Effectively communicate client needs and project details to the assigned interior designer.

- Maintain a positive and professional demeanor throughout all interactions with leads.

- Follow up with leads consistently to maintain engagement and progress the opportunity towards a site visit.

- Accurately document all lead interactions and information within our CRM system.

- Work collaboratively with the sales team and interior designers to ensure a seamless client experience.
