Job Description
Position: Sales Executive
Qualification: Any Graduates
Experience: 0 to 3 Years in sales
Location: Hinjewadi Phase 1, Pune Maharashtra
Salary Package: 4.8 LPA*
Requirement: must have Own Bike & Valid Driving License

Job Responsibilities
- Generate and follow up on sales leads through calls, walk-ins, referrals, and digital platforms.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable residential flats.
- Schedule and conduct property site visits with prospective buyers.
- Explain project features, pricing, payment plans, and available offers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers throughout the sales cycle.
- Negotiate and close sales while achieving monthly sales targets.
- Coordinate with the documentation and finance teams for booking and agreement formalities.
- Achieve assigned monthly sales targets.
- Conduct client follow-ups and convert leads into business.
- Support market expansion and identify new business opportunities.
