Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹40,000 per month (Fixed + Incentives)

Education: Graduation mandatory in any discipline

Experience: Minimum 2+ years of proven experience as an Inside Sales Executive

Languages Required:

Hindi, English, Marathi

Fluency in speaking Marathi is mandatory.

• Key ResponsibilitiesCold calling to potential customers and existing clients.
• Explain the products and services to customers.
• Assist customers in clearing all their queries regarding products and services.
• Identify customer needs and tailor solutions accordingly.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Manage leads and follow up on inquiries in a timely manner.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system.
• Collaborate with the sales team to achieve overall sales goals.
• Handle objections and negotiate deals to close sales.
• Provide excellent customer service and support throughout the sales process.
• Outbound Calling: Make high-volume outbound calls to potential clients to introduce the company’s products or services.
• Sales Conversion: Persuade prospects to purchase products or services, overcome objections, and close deals to meet or exceed monthly sales targets.
• Skills & CompetenciesExcellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must know how to speak Marathi, Hindi and English.
• Must be smart and enthusiastic and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Proven track record of meeting admission targets.
• Good knowledge of computers and Excel is mandatory.
• Self-motivated with a result-driven approach.
