Job Summary: We are looking for a dynamic and target-oriented Sales Executive to develop business and increase sales of Ready Mix Concrete (RMC) in Pune and nearby areas. The candidate will be responsible for generating new business, maintaining customer relationships, visiting project sites, and achieving assigned sales targets.

• Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify and develop new customers, including builders, contractors, developers, infrastructure companies and project sites.
• Generate leads through field visits, references, market research and networking.
• Visit construction sites regularly and understand customers' concrete requirements.
• Promote the company's RMC products and services and convert enquiries into orders.
• Prepare quotations, negotiate commercial terms and follow up for order confirmation.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and generate repeat business.
• Coordinate with the Plant, QA/QC, Dispatch and Accounts teams for smooth execution of customer orders.
• Follow up on deliveries and resolve customer queries or complaints.
• Monitor local market rates, competitor activities and new project opportunities.
• Follow up with customers for timely payment collection and outstanding dues.
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets assigned by management.
• Maintain daily sales reports, customer records, enquiry details and sales pipeline.
• Perform any other sales-related duties or responsibilities assigned by management.
• Required Skills & QualificationsGraduate/Diploma in Civil Engineering, Sales, Marketing, Business Administration or a related field preferred.
• 1–3 years of experience in RMC, construction materials, cement, steel or related sales preferred.
• Knowledge of the Pune construction/RMC market will be an advantage.
• Good communication, negotiation and customer relationship management skills.
• Strong sales and business development ability.
• Target-oriented and self-motivated.
• Willingness to travel extensively for customer and site visits.
• Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel, email and sales reporting.
