Job Description

  • ResponsibilitiesGenerate sales through calls, WhatsApp, emails, and customer follow-ups.
  • Handle customer inquiries, quotations, and order processing.
  • Coordinate with warehouse, logistics, and accounts for timely order execution.
  • Prepare invoices, delivery documents, and maintain customer records.
  • Track dispatches, payments, and provide regular customer updates.
  • Maintain sales reports and support day-to-day backend operations.
  • RequirementsGraduate in any discipline.
  • 1–3 years of experience in sales, customer service, or backend operations (Freshers with good communication skills may apply).
  • Good communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
  • Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and Google Sheets.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
