Sales Executive

Finansh is a Pune-based fintech and borrowing advisory firm helping businesses identify suitable lenders, structure their borrowing and complete financing transactions.

We are looking for a Sales Executive who enjoys meeting business owners, building connections and creating new business opportunities through field visits.

Role & Responsibilities

• Visit small and growing businesses across all Industrial and Commercial regions of Pune and speak with business owners.
• Introduce Finansh and explain how we can help with their business loan requirements.
• Understand their basic funding needs, including the purpose, approximate amount and timing.
• Arrange calls or meetings with our senior team, who will handle detailed discussions and Sales Closing.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Previous field sales experience is mandatory. Experience selling to business owners or working in loan sales is preferred.
• Confident and polite when meeting new people, with the ability to listen and explain things clearly.
• Good communication in Marathi and Hindi, and English.
• Comfortable travelling daily across Pune.
• Must have access to a two-wheeler and a valid driving license.
• Organized, reliable and consistent with follow-ups.
• Able to use a smartphone and basic computer tools to maintain records.
• Willing to learn about business loans and Finansh services. We will provide guidance on our services and how to present them.
