Sales Executive

Job Responsibilities:

• Welcome and attend walk-in customers at our Experience Centre.
• Understand customer requirements, budget, and application.
• Demonstrate Home Theatre, Hi-Fi Audio, Speakers, Projectors, Turntables, Headphones, and Smart Home products.
• Recommend suitable products and complete AV solutions.
• Explain product features, technology, and brand differences in a simple and confident manner.
• Prepare quotations and follow up with customers for order closure.
• Maintain customer records and update enquiries in CRM.
• Handle phone, WhatsApp, website, and email enquiries.
• Coordinate with the design, installation, and logistics teams for smooth project execution.
• Maintain showroom presentation, demo rooms, and product displays.
• Build long-term relationships with customers, architects, and interior designers.
• Achieve monthly sales targets while delivering an excellent customer experience.
• Stay updated with the latest AV technologies and premium brands.

Requirements

• 1-3 years of experience in Retail Sales, Consumer Electronics, Home Appliances, Mobile, IT, or Luxury Products.
• Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi, and Marathi.
• Passion for music, movies, and technology.
• Smart personality with a customer-focused approach.
• Good presentation and negotiation skills.
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office/CRM).
• Willingness to learn premium Audio Video products.

Preferred

• Experience in Home Theatre, Audio Video, Electronics, Premium Retail, or Smart Home products.
• Freshers with excellent communication and enthusiasm to learn are also welcome.
