Sales Executive

Moko Modular is looking for a Sales Executive to develop B2B sales for office furniture and modular workstation projects across Pune and PCMC. You will work with corporate clients, architects, interior designers, contractors, and other project partners from the first enquiry through order confirmation.

• ResponsibilitiesFind and qualify leads for office workstations, desks, conference tables, chairs, storage, and complete office furniture projects.
• Meet prospective clients, understand their layout, seating capacity, budget, and project timeline.
• Coordinate site visits, measurements, product selections, quotations, and presentations with the design and production teams.
• Follow up on enquiries, negotiate commercial terms, and close orders.
• Build relationships with architects, interior designers, builders, contractors, and corporate purchasing teams.
• Maintain accurate lead records and provide regular updates on the sales pipeline.
• Coordinate with the operations team to ensure a smooth handover after an order is confirmed.
• RequirementsExperience in B2B sales; experience in office furniture, interiors, modular furniture, or related project sales is preferred.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and follow-up skills.
• Ability to understand client requirements and explain suitable furniture solutions.
• Willingness to travel for client meetings and site visits across Pune and PCMC.
• Comfortable using spreadsheets or a CRM to track leads and quotations.
