Job Description

·       Generate and qualify leads for refurbished laptops and IT hardware products

·       Identify new business opportunities through calls, emails, field visits, and networking

·       Develop and maintain strong relationships with corporate and retail customers

·       Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable laptop configurations and solutions

·       Prepare and share quotations, proposals, and pricing details with clients

·       Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the management

·       Coordinate with operations and logistics teams for timely delivery and installation

·       Handle customer queries, negotiations, and after-sales support

·       Maintain accurate sales records, customer database, and follow-up status

·       Ensure timely payment collection and coordinate with accounts if required Monitor market trends, competitor pricing, and customer requirements
