Job Description

Responsible for driving B2C sales, converting leads into admissions, and achieving revenue targets through effective counselling and follow-ups.

 

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle and convert leads via calls, walk-ins, and digital channels

• Conduct counselling sessions to drive admissions

• Achieve monthly sales targets and improve conversion rates

• Guide and monitor team performance

• Ensure excellent customer experience and follow-up


Key Requirements:

• 3–6 years of B2C sales experience (preferably in education/training)

• Strong communication and negotiation skills

• Proven track record in lead conversion and target achievement
