  • Location: Pune & nearby areas
  • Work Structure: 5 days field work + 1 day work from office (6-day week)
  • Requirement: Must own a two-wheeler and a valid driving license
  • Your Role
  • Field Sales: Travel across Pune and nearby locations to visit dealers, retailers, commercial clients, or farmers.
  • Lead Generation: Pitch Kirloskar water pumps, secure new orders, and expand the distributor network.
  • Relationship Management: Maintain strong connections with existing clients to ensure regular orders.
  • Reporting: Spend 1 day in the office to submit weekly reports and plan the next week's strategy.
  • Who We Are Looking For1–3 years of experience in field sales (experience in pumps, hardware, or industrial goods is a big plus).
  • Strong communication skills with fluency in Marathi and Hindi.
  • Self-motivated individuals who enjoy field sales and meeting targets.
