Job Summary:

UPS Sales Support Team (SST) provides senior level administrative, customer-facing, advanced organizational and technical support to UPS’s customers. The SST representative will research, analyze, process, compile, review, and audit report requests for customers. The representative will support Small Package, Freight Forwarding (Supply Chain Solutions), and Mail Innovations. Also, they will work Backoffice emails and support inbound / outbound calls with Sales.

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Prepare one-time and recurring (weekly/monthly/quarterly/annual) reports
• Develop complex QBR PowerPoint presentations for accounts.
• Create complex rate charts using Rating Widgets, IWA tools, and Excel workbooks.
• Update and maintain MOPs as needed.

Knowledge and Skills:

• Effective working knowledge of MS Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook)
• Ability to work in a team environment and independently
• Attention to detail
• Demonstrates willingness to identify and pursue learning and development opportunities
• Sales Support process knowledge of performing QBR Report, RFX, PLD Reports
• Night shift work (US hours) Compulsory
• Advance excel knowledge is mandatory.

Basic Qualifications:

• Organized and dependable
• Fluent in written and spoken English.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (expert-level).
• Proficient in reporting and data analysis.
• Highly organized, dependable, and detail oriented.

Preferred:

• Should have Sales Support Process Experience.
