Job Description
- Job ResponsibilitiesLead and manage a team of sales executives.
- Set daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets for the team.
- Monitor team performance and ensure targets are achieved.
- Guide and motivate team members to improve their sales performance.
- Handle customer queries and support the team in closing sales.
- Track sales reports, calls, conversions, and overall team performance.
- Conduct regular team meetings and performance reviews.
- Train new team members on sales processes and products.
- Coordinate with other departments for smooth business operations.
- Identify performance gaps and take corrective actions.
- Prepare and share daily/weekly/monthly sales reports with management.
- Requirements3–5 years of experience in sales.
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in a Team Leader/Supervisor role preferred.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong leadership and team-management skills.
- Target-oriented and able to work under pressure.
- Good knowledge of sales processes and customer handling.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and reporting.
- Candidates with BPO/Telecalling/Inside Sales experience can also apply.
