Job Opportunity: Sales Team Leader – SBI Card📍 Location: Pune (Multiple Locations)

Role SummaryWe are hiring dynamic Relationship Executives to promote and sell SBI Credit Cards and allied banking products. This role involves engaging with customers at SBI branches and field locations, driving sales, and building long-term customer relationships.

• Key ResponsibilitiesEngage with walk-in customers at malls, petrol pumps, Reliance stores, and other field locations
• Explain product features and assist customers through the credit card application process
• Achieve daily and monthly sales targets
• Coordinate with the Area Sales Manager to meet branch and field-level targets
• Generate leads from open markets and corporate locations
• Collect and verify KYC documents as per company policy
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships for repeat business and referrals
• Submit daily sales and activity reports to team leaders
• Requirements & QualificationsEducation: Minimum 12th pass (Graduation preferred)
• Experience: 0–6+ years in sales (Banking / Financial Services preferred)
• Skills: Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills
• Mobility: Willingness to travel within the city

• Salary & Benefits💰 Salary: ₹22,000 – ₹55,000 per month
