Summary:
As a Security Delivery Lead, a typical day involves overseeing the execution and successful delivery of Security Services projects by coordinating with global teams and utilizing established methods, tools, training, and assets. This role requires managing project timelines, ensuring alignment with organizational goals, and facilitating communication across various stakeholders to maintain project momentum and quality standards. The position demands proactive problem-solving and strategic planning to navigate challenges and drive the project towards completion while maintaining a focus on delivering value to clients and internal teams.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
- Lead the coordination of project activities to ensure timely and efficient delivery of security solutions.
- Facilitate communication between technical teams and business stakeholders to align project objectives.
- Mentor and support junior team members to foster professional growth and enhance team capabilities.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Oracle Cloud GRC Configuration Controls.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with Oracle Advanced HCM Controls.
- Strong knowledge of security frameworks and compliance requirements related to cloud environments.
- Ability to design and implement control configurations that meet organizational risk management standards.
- Experience in troubleshooting and resolving configuration issues within Oracle Cloud GRC environments.
- Skilled in collaborating with cross-functional teams to integrate security controls into broader IT and business processes.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7 years of experience in Oracle Cloud GRC Configuration Controls.
- This position is based at our PDC2C - SEZ location.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
