Job Description
We are looking for a confident and target-oriented Senior Business Development Executive – Online Sales & Client Acquisition for Spire Technologies, Pune.
The candidate will be responsible for connecting with business owners, entrepreneurs, working professionals looking to start a part-time business, homemakers interested in work-from-home business opportunities, and other interested prospects through calls, WhatsApp, and online meetings.
The role includes explaining our agency partnership model, conducting online product demos, following up with leads, handling customer questions, and converting interested prospects into paid customers.
Key Responsibilities:
* Call and follow up with interested leads.
* Conduct online meetings, product demos, and business opportunity presentations.
* Explain our software, website, CRM, WhatsApp automation, digital marketing, and agency partnership model.
* Understand customer requirements and suggest the right solution.
* Handle objections related to pricing, trust, support, business model, and earning opportunities.
* Maintain lead status, remarks, follow-up dates, and payment updates in CRM.
* Convert prospects into paid customers and achieve monthly sales collection targets.
* Coordinate with the internal team for demo scheduling, onboarding, and customer support handover.
Requirements:
* 2 to 4 years of experience in Business Development, Inside Sales, B2B Sales, Tele Sales, Digital Marketing Sales, Software Sales, or Online Course Sales.
* Good communication skills in Marathi, Hindi, and basic English.
* Strong follow-up, presentation, counselling, negotiation, and closing skills.
* Comfortable with online meetings, calls, WhatsApp follow-ups, CRM, and Google Sheets.
* Target-oriented, disciplined, positive, and willing to grow with the company.
Salary: ₹28,000 per month + attractive performance-based incentives.
High-performing candidates can earn ₹40,000 to ₹60,000+ per month based on performance.
