Narayani Constructions is seeking a dynamic, result-oriented, and experienced Civil Engineer (Site) to join our growing team in Pune. The ideal candidate will have around 4 years of hands-on experience in executing residential building projects from ground level to final finishing.

📋 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• 🏗️ Supervise daily on-site residential construction activities and ensure work progresses according to the approved architectural blueprints and structural drawings.

• 👥 Manage labor, contractors, and sub-contractors effectively to meet project milestones.

• 📐 Monitor the quality of construction materials delivered to the site and maintain strict quality control standards for all civil works (RCC, brickwork, plastering).

• 📊 Take accurate measurements for billing, check contractor invoices, and maintain daily progress reports (DPR).

• 🤝 Coordinate with structural designers, architects, and project managers to resolve any on-site technical issues.

• 🦺 Ensure strict adherence to residential site safety guidelines and protocols.

🎓 REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS:

• 🎓 Education: B.E. / B.Tech or Diploma in Civil Engineering.

• ⏳ Experience: Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience as a Site/Civil Engineer specifically in residential building construction.

• 🔧 Skills: Strong knowledge of concrete work, brickwork, internal/external plastering, waterproofing, tiling, and residential finishing works.

• 📜 Ability to read and interpret structural and architectural drawings accurately.

• 🗣️ Good communication, leadership, and team management skills.

• 💻 Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, AutoCAD is a plus).
