Senior Designer

Key Responsibilities

Design & Planning

Develop design concepts, mood boards, space planning, and material palettes

Prepare and review working drawings, detailing, and 3D coordination

Ensure designs align with client briefs, budgets, and functional needs

Project & Client Management

Lead projects from design development through execution and handover

Manage client presentations, approvals, and regular communication

Coordinate with consultants, vendors, and site teams

Execution Support

Ensure design intent is maintained during execution

Conduct site visits, review workmanship, and resolve design-related issues

Team Leadership

Guide and mentor junior designers

Review design outputs to maintain quality and consistency

Budget & Timeline Control

Assist in BOQs, specifications, and value engineering

Monitor timelines and support on-time project delivery
