Job SummaryWe are looking for an experienced and customer-focused Senior Steward to join our Food & Beverage team. The candidate will be responsible for providing excellent guest service, maintaining service standards, supporting the Captain and Supervisors, and ensuring smooth restaurant operations.

• Key ResponsibilitiesWelcome and assist guests in a professional and courteous manner.
• Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently.
• Serve food and beverages according to restaurant service standards.
• Ensure tables are properly set, clean, and maintained throughout service.
• Coordinate with the kitchen and bar to ensure timely order delivery.
• Handle guest requests and complaints professionally and promptly.
• Assist the Captain/Supervisor in managing the assigned section.
• Guide and support junior stewards during daily operations.
• Maintain high standards of hygiene, cleanliness, and grooming.
• Ensure proper handling of crockery, cutlery, glassware, and service equipment.
• Check mise-en-place before the start of each shift.
• Assist in opening and closing procedures.
• Maintain knowledge of the menu, ingredients, and daily specials.
• Follow all company policies, SOPs, and food safety standards.
• Support the team during high-volume service and special events.
• Candidate RequirementsMinimum 1–3 years of experience in restaurant/hotel service.
• Fine-dining experience preferred/mandatory depending on the property.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good English communication is required.
• Strong knowledge of restaurant service standards.
• Presentable personality with excellent grooming.
• Positive attitude and guest-oriented approach.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Good team-player and leadership skills.
• Willingness to work flexible shifts, weekends, and holidays.
