Job Description
- Key ResponsibilitiesGreet customers and understand their vehicle service requirements and concerns.
- Prepare accurate job cards and clearly communicate the work required.
- Conduct vehicle inspections and identify additional service requirements.
- Provide customers with accurate estimates, timelines, and updates.
- Coordinate with technicians and the workshop team to ensure timely completion of jobs.
- Explain repairs, replacements, and maintenance work to customers in a clear manner.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with customers regarding vehicle status.
- Ensure customer approvals are obtained before carrying out additional work.
- Coordinate final vehicle inspection and ensure vehicles are delivered as promised.
- Explain completed work, billing, warranty, and maintenance requirements at the time of delivery.
- Handle customer complaints professionally and work towards quick resolution.
- Maintain accurate records of job cards, estimates, approvals, and customer interactions.
- Achieve service centre targets related to customer satisfaction, labour sales, parts, and value-added services.
- Follow company and Royal Enfield service processes, SOPs, and safety standards.
