Job Description

Service Delivery Manager

Key Responsibilities: • DMND Lifecycle Management: o Oversee integration/migration projects for Network (LAN/WAN/WIFI/IoT) and Telephony infrastructures throughout the entire DMND lifecycle. o Close knowledge of the business o Gather client requirements. o Qualify client needs. o Evaluate and prepare technical and commercial proposals in conjunction with the Solution Expert. o Submit project quotes to the client. o Construct project plans with all stakeholders. o Place orders with various suppliers. o Follow up on actions with project contributors. o Provide client reporting. o Monitor project budget. o Implement the technical solution with the Managed Service Provider (MSP). o Ensure handover to MSP support teams.
