Key Responsibilities

• Install, inspect, and commission industrial equipment at customer sites.
• Perform preventive maintenance and breakdown servicing.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues.
• Attend service calls and resolve customer complaints efficiently.
• Prepare service reports and maintain accurate maintenance records.
• Coordinate with the technical team to ensure timely issue resolution.
• Follow company safety standards and service procedures.
• Maintain good customer relationships and provide excellent after-sales support.
• Candidate RequirementsDiploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, or a related field.
• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Service Engineer or in a similar technical role.
• Basic English communication skills.
• Good troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
• Willingness to travel for field service assignments.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Salary₹15,000 – ₹30,000 per month (Fixed)
