Job SummaryAaroj Machines is looking for a technically skilled and responsible Service Engineer to handle installation, commissioning, servicing, troubleshooting and preventive maintenance of machines at customer locations.

The candidate should be comfortable working at customer sites, understanding machine mechanisms, identifying faults and providing timely technical support.

• Key ResponsibilitiesInstall and commission machines at customer locations.
• Perform machine servicing and preventive maintenance.
• Diagnose mechanical and electrical faults.
• Troubleshoot machine breakdowns and minimize downtime.
• Read and understand basic mechanical/electrical drawings and manuals.
• Check machine components, sensors, motors, drives and other assemblies.
• Carry out replacement and adjustment of machine parts.
• Provide technical support and guidance to customers.
• Maintain proper service reports and documentation.
• Coordinate with the production/design/technical team for complex issues.
• Conduct machine demonstrations and basic operator training.
• Follow company safety procedures and customer-site safety requirements.
• Travel to customer locations as required.
• Required SkillsBasic knowledge of Mechanical and/or Electrical systems.
• Knowledge of machines, tools and measuring instruments.
• Basic troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to use hand tools and maintenance equipment.
• Ability to read basic technical drawings.
• Good communication and customer-handling skills.
• Willingness to travel for service assignments.
• Ability to work independently at customer locations.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn new machines and technologies.

Preferred ExperienceCandidates with experience in any of the following will be preferred:

• Industrial machinery servicing
• CNC / automation machines
• Machine installation & commissioning
• Preventive maintenance
• Electrical panel troubleshooting
• Motors, sensors and drives
• Pneumatic / hydraulic systems
• Industrial equipment maintenance
