Service Engineer

Panchsheel Filters Private Limited is looking for a Service Executive to provide technical and service support to customers using our industrial filtration products and systems.

The role involves installation, commissioning, troubleshooting, preventive maintenance and customer support.

This is a field-service role involving approximately 15 days of travel every month.

Key Responsibilities

* Visit customer sites for installation, commissioning, inspection and service activities.

* Attend customer complaints and service requests and ensure timely resolution.

* Troubleshoot equipment and filtration-related problems.

* Carry out preventive maintenance and routine equipment inspections.

* Understand customer requirements and coordinate with the technical team for solutions.

* Coordinate with Design, Production, Quality and Sales teams to resolve customer issues.

* Prepare service reports and maintain records of customer visits and complaints.

* Follow up with customers to ensure satisfactory closure of service issues.

* Identify recurring problems and provide feedback to the internal team.

* Support the Sales team in identifying additional service and product opportunities.

* Follow customer and company safety procedures at all times.
