Job Description
Service Manager – Bajaj Two-Wheeler Dealership
Responsible for managing daily workshop operations, service quality, customer satisfaction, and achievement of service and revenue targets. The role includes supervising technicians and service advisors, monitoring workshop productivity, handling customer complaints, ensuring timely vehicle delivery, coordinating spare parts, and maintaining workshop discipline and safety standards.
Requirements: Diploma/Degree in Automobile or Mechanical Engineering preferred, with 3+ years of experience in two-wheeler dealership service operations. Strong leadership, technical, customer-handling, and team-management skills required.
