🌱 Shift In-Charge – Vital Greens Healthy Salads

📍 Location: Viman Nagar, Pune

💰 Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month + Incentives

• Job ResponsibilitiesManage day-to-day store operations during the assigned shift.
• Supervise staff and allocate daily duties.
• Ensure proper preparation, portioning, quality and presentation of food.
• Monitor customer orders for dine-in, takeaway and delivery.
• Handle customer queries, feedback and complaints professionally.
• Maintain cleanliness, hygiene and food safety standards.
• Check stock, raw materials and daily inventory requirements.
• Coordinate with kitchen staff, delivery partners and management.
• Ensure POS orders, billing and payments are handled correctly.
• Monitor opening and closing procedures of the store.
• Maintain daily sales, wastage, stock and shift reports.
• Ensure SOPs and company standards are followed.
• Support the team during busy hours and maintain smooth operations.
• Candidate RequirementsGood communication and leadership skills.
• Responsible, punctual and willing to take ownership.
• Basic knowledge of food-service/store operations.
• Ability to manage a team and work under pressure.
• Basic computer/POS knowledge preferred.
• Food industry experience will be an advantage.
• Freshers with the right attitude are welcome to apply.
