Site Engineer

Project Execution: Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of civil construction projects, including site preparation, foundation work, structural elements, and finishing works. • Quality Control: Ensure that construction activities meet the required quality standards and comply with project specifications and industry best practices. • On-Site Supervision: Oversee daily construction activities, monitor progress, and ensure adherence to project timelines and milestones. • Material Management: Coordinate with the procurement team to ensure timely availability of construction materials and monitor their usage and wastage on-site. • Safety Compliance: Enforce strict adherence to safety protocols and regulations, conducting regular safety inspections, and promoting a culture of safety among the workforce. • Work Reporting: Prepare and submit regular progress reports to the Senior Site Engineer and project management team, highlighting achievements and areas needing attention. • Troubleshooting: Address and resolve technical issues and challenges on-site, collaborating with the Senior Site Engineer and other stakeholders to find effective solutions. • Drawing and Documentation: Interpret construction drawings and ensure accurate implementation on-site.
