Job Description

Solabrix Technologies is looking for a dedicated and skilled O&M (Operations & Maintenance) Technician to join our growing solar energy team. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and ensuring the efficient operation of rooftop and ground-mounted solar power plants.

  • Perform preventive and corrective maintenance of solar PV systems.
  • Inspect solar panels, inverters, cables, and electrical equipment.
  • Diagnose and resolve system faults to minimize downtime.
  • Monitor plant performance and prepare maintenance reports.
  • Conduct routine site inspections and safety checks.
  • Coordinate with the technical team to ensure timely service completion.
  • Follow all electrical safety standards and company procedures.
  • Travel to client sites for maintenance and emergency breakdown support.
