Job Description

Eligibility

  • ITI / Diploma / Graduate in Electrical or a related field.
  • Freshers are welcome to apply.
  • Basic knowledge of solar systems is an added advantage.


  • Assist in solar panel installation and commissioning.
  • Learn solar system assembly, including mounting structures, panels, inverters, and electrical accessories.
  • Assist in assembling solar kits and related components.
  • Learn basic electrical wiring, ACDB/DCDB connections, and cable installation under supervision.
  • Support solar system testing and troubleshooting.
  • Assist in solar system design and technical quotations.


  • Training Period: 3 Months
  • Stipend: ₹5,000 per month during training.
  • After Training: Up to ₹15,000 per month based on performance.
  • Future Growth: Salary up to ₹25,000 per month based on performance and role requirements.
