Tidal Administrator

Administration Maintenance Install configure upgrade and maintain Tidal environments to ensure optimal performance and high availability

Job Management Create monitor and troubleshoot Tidal jobs job groups and workflows managing complex dependencies including Windows UNIX SAP and Informatica jobs

Incident Resolution Proactively resolve scheduling conflicts job failures and Priority 1 P1 incidents

Documentation Standards Maintain comprehensive documentation including standard operating procedures SOPs and runbooks

Security Compliance Setup user accounts permissions and agent security

Excellent communications skills and the ability to communicate effectively at all levels both within and outside the organization

Strong knowledge of standard hardware software configurations preferred

Demonstrates skill knowledge and understanding of company products job duties and appropriate work methods

GoAnywhere

Architect install configure and administer the GoAnywhere MFT tool

Develop maintain and optimize GoAnywhere workflows to meet business needs

Serve as the Subject Matter Expert SME for GoAnywhere solutions

Troubleshoot issues and provide timely resolutions for MFTrelated incidents

Automate processes installation configuration maintenance using scripting languages

Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to integrate GoAnywhere with enterprise systems

Ensure security compliance and reliability of file transfers across environments

Successfully worked on GoAnywhere solutions requiring indepth knowledge of PGP encryption certificate lifecycle management secure data exchange protocols and file encryption best practices to ensure secure and compliant file transfers
