Job Title / Position: Vector vCDM Support Engineer / Application Support Analyst
Experience: 4-6 years
Location: Bengaluru / Pune / Hybrid

Role Purpose
Provide L1/L2/L3 support for the Vector vCDM application by ensuring stable operations, resolving incidents and service requests, supporting user administration, licensing, upgrades, packaging, rollouts, and maintaining system availability. The role acts as the primary interface between business users, infrastructure teams, packaging teams, and Vector support. 
Key Responsibilities
Application Support
•    Provide day-to-day support for Vector vCDM application.
•    Analyze and resolve incidents, service requests, and problem tickets.
•    Monitor application health and ensure SLA compliance.
•    Coordinate with Vector product support for complex issues.
•    Perform root cause analysis and document resolutions. 
User & License Administration
•    Manage user accounts, roles, and permissions.
•    Support Vector vCDM licensing activities.
•    Monitor license utilization and availability.
•    Troubleshoot access-related issues. 
Installation & Deployment
•    Support vCDM client installations.
•    Assist package deployment and rollout activities.
•    Coordinate software packaging and deployment teams.
•    Validate successful deployment after rollout. 
Upgrade & Release Management
•    Support vCDM upgrades and service pack deployments.
•    Execute upgrade validation and pilot testing activities.
•    Coordinate release qualification and user acceptance validation.
•    Support production rollout activities. 
•    Maintain application support documentation.
