Key Responsibilities 

PAM Engineering & Architecture 

• Lead the engineering, design, implementation, integration, and lifecycle management of enterprise PAM solutions. 

• Provide technical leadership for CyberArk platform capabilities, including PVWA, CPM, PSM, PTA, CyberArk Secrets Management/AIM-AAM, and Conjur. 

• Lead CyberArk upgrades, platform enhancements, integrations, connector development, and infrastructure improvements. 

• Ensure PAM solutions meet scalability, performance, security, resiliency, and availability requirements. 

• Drive engineering standards and reusable patterns for privileged account onboarding and integrations. 

Automation & Modernization 

• Drive automation of PAM onboarding, account discovery, password management, privileged session management, and operational processes. 

• Reduce manual activities through scripting, APIs, orchestration, and CI/CD practices. 

• Develop the PAM engineering roadmap and identify opportunities to modernize legacy integrations and reduce technical debt. 

• Support evolving privileged-access requirements for cloud, applications, databases, infrastructure, machine identities, and secrets. 

Leadership & Delivery 

• Lead, mentor, and develop PAM engineers. 

• Establish engineering priorities and ensure delivery against strategic objectives. 

• Provide technical direction and support resolution of complex PAM engineering issues. 

• Partner with global IAM and PAM teams to ensure consistent engineering standards and solutions. 

• Manage dependencies, risks, technical decisions, and stakeholder expectations across major PAM initiatives.
