Job Summary
The Apriso MES Machine Integrator is responsible for integrating shop floor equipment, PLCs, automation systems, and enterprise applications with the DELMIA Apriso Manufacturing Execution System (MES). The role focuses on real-time machine connectivity, data collection, production monitoring, and ensuring seamless communication between manufacturing equipment and business systems.
Key Responsibilities
•    Design, develop, and implement machine integrations with DELMIA Apriso MES.
•    Configure and support communication between PLCs, SCADA systems, machines, and Apriso applications.
•    Develop interfaces using OPC UA, MQTT, REST APIs, SOAP, TCP/IP, and industrial protocols.
•    Integrate Apriso with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics.
•    Configure machine data collection, production tracking, OEE, downtime monitoring, and quality management processes.
•    Create and maintain technical documentation, interface specifications, and support procedures.
•    Troubleshoot integration issues across MES, automation, network, and database layers.
•    Participate in MES deployment, upgrades, testing, and validation activities.
•    Collaborate with manufacturing engineers, automation engineers, and business stakeholders to define requirements.
•    Ensure compliance with GMP, GxP, FDA, ISO, and cybersecurity requirements where applicable.
Required Qualifications
•    Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Automation, or related field.
•    3+ years of experience with Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES).
•    Hands-on experience with DELMIA Apriso MES development and configuration.
•    Experience integrating manufacturing equipment and PLCs (Siemens, Rockwell, Schneider, Mitsubishi, etc.).
•    Knowledge of manufacturing communication protocols: 
o    OPC UA/DA
o    MQTT
o    Modbus
o    Ethernet/IP
o    Profinet
o    SECS/GEM
•    Strong SQL and database skills (SQL Server, Oracle).
•    Experience with Web Services, REST APIs, XML, JSON, and middleware technologies.
•    Knowledge of manufacturing processes and Industry 4.0 concepts.
Preferred Skills
•    Apriso Process Builder and Business Components.
•    .NET, C#, Java, or scripting experience.
•    Experience with SAP MII, SAP ME, Ignition, Kepware, or SCADA systems.
•    Understanding of ISA-95 and ISA-88 standards.
•    Cloud integration experience (Azure, AWS).
•    Familiarity with CI/CD and DevOps practices.
