Teaching Assistant

Looking for a responsible, patient, and enthusiastic Assistant Instructor to join our Kumon Centre in Amanora, Pune. The role involves supporting students in their daily learning, maintaining a positive learning environment, and assisting the Centre Instructor with the smooth functioning of the centre.

Key responsibilities:

• Assist students with their Kumon worksheets and learning activities.
• Set the worksheets for each student as per their study plan.
• Mark and check completed worksheets accurately.
• Maintain a calm, positive, and organised learning environment.
• Support the Centre Instructor with day-to-day centre activities.
• Communicate politely and professionally with students and parents.
• Ensure the classroom and learning materials are well organised.
• create and post on Instagram and other social media platforms to promote the Kumon Centre and actively participate in promotional activities.

Requirements:

• Graduate or undergraduate with good academic background.
• Good communication skills in English.
• Strong interest in working with children.
• Patient, responsible, attentive, and organised.
• Basic computer skills.
• Prior teaching/tutoring experience is an advantage, but freshers with the right attitude are welcome.
