We are currently seeking a Tech Lead - Blockchain to join our team in Pune, Mahārāshtra (IN-MH), India (IN).

Blockchain Senior Engineer

Smart Contracts & Data

MISSION

Lead the technical implementation of blockchain data extraction and smart contract integration layers. Build the core engines that read complex, identity-gated smart contracts and translate them into actionable market intelligence.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

•  Build and maintain highly reliable indexers (The Graph, Ponder, or custom RPC polling) to track bond minting, coupon distributions, and principal redemptions.

•  Develop read-only smart contract interfaces for dynamic compliance oracles and on-chain identity registries.

•  Integrate decentralized oracle networks (e.g., Chainlink) to track how real-world asset (RWA) pricing data is fed on-chain.

•  Own on-chain/off-chain state reconciliation so indexed chain state, oracle feeds, and TradFi reference data resolve to a single consistent view in the intelligence layer.

•  Mentor engineers, establish Web3 coding best practices, and support client demonstrations of platform capabilities.
