Role Overview

We are seeking a seasoned Industrial IoT & Digital Twin leader to drive solution architecture, pre-sales, practice development, and go-to-market initiatives for our Engineering Services business. The role requires a blend of deep technical expertise, customer-facing consulting experience, and business leadership to build and scale Industrial IoT and Industry 4.0 offerings.

Key Responsibilities

Pre-Sales & Solution Consulting

  • Lead customer discovery workshops and solution discussions.
  • Define Industrial IoT, Industry 4.0, and Digital Twin transformation roadmaps.
  • Create solution architectures, proposals, estimates, and technical presentations.
  • Support RFP/RFI responses and strategic pursuits.

Practice Development

  • Build and scale Industrial IoT and Digital Twin service offerings.
  • Develop reusable frameworks, accelerators, and reference architectures.
  • Establish technology partnerships and identify emerging market opportunities.
  • Mentor architects and technical teams.

Go-To-Market & Business Growth

  • Define GTM strategies and solution positioning.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to build pipeline and drive revenue growth.
  • Create thought leadership assets, case studies, and industry presentations.
  • Support customer engagements, webinars, and industry events.

Technical Leadership

  • Provide architectural governance across engagements.
  • Lead solution design spanning Edge, Cloud, Analytics, AI/ML, and Digital Twin platforms.
  • Drive best practices around scalability, security, interoperability, and reliability.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 15+ years of experience in Engineering Services, Industrial Automation, Industry 4.0, or Digital Transformation.
  • Strong expertise in Industrial IoT architectures and Digital Twin solutions.
  • Experience with industrial protocols such as OPC-UA, MQTT, Modbus, Profinet, EtherNet/IP, etc.
  • Hands-on understanding of Edge Computing, Cloud Platforms (Azure/AWS), Data Platforms, and Analytics.
  • Proven experience in technical pre-sales, solution consulting, and customer-facing roles.
  • Demonstrated success in building practices, service offerings, or Centers of Excellence.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Experience

  • Manufacturing, Industrial Equipment, Energy & Utilities, Transportation, Smart Infrastructure, or Process Industries.
  • Exposure to platforms such as Azure IoT, AWS IoT, ThingWorx, Siemens Insights Hub, AVEVA, Ignition, or similar.
  • Experience leading large digital transformation initiatives.
