Job Description – Power Platform Administrator & Governance  (Cision)

Experience: 6-10 Years
Location: Hybrid

Role Summary

We are looking for an experienced Power Platform Administrator & Governance Lead to manage and govern the Microsoft Power Platform ecosystem. The role will focus on platform administration, security, governance, DLP policies, CoE management, environment strategy, and ensuring compliant adoption of Power Platform solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage Power Platform environments (Dev, UAT, Prod) and tenant settings.
• Implement and maintain DLP policies, governance standards, and security controls.
• Administer Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, Power Pages, and connectors.
• Configure and manage Power Platform CoE Starter Kit.
• Monitor platform health, capacity, licensing, and usage.
• Manage access controls, security groups, and service accounts.
• Support ALM, solution deployments, and Power Platform Pipelines.
• Generate governance, compliance, and adoption reports.
• Partner with business and IT teams to drive platform best practices.

• Required Skills

• 5+ years of Power Platform Administration experience.
• Strong knowledge of:
• Power Platform Admin Center
• Power Apps
• Power Automate
• Dataverse
• DLP Policies
• Power Platform CoE
• Environment & Security Management
• Experience with Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), RBAC, and governance frameworks.
• Understanding of ALM, managed solutions, and deployment pipelines.

• Preferred Skills

• Experience with Copilot Studio governance and administration.
• Knowledge of Azure DevOps, CI/CD, and enterprise compliance practices.
• Relevant Microsoft Power Platform certifications (PL-200, PL-400, PL-600).
