Summary:
As a Technology Platform Engineer, a typical day involves setting up and managing both production and non-production cloud environments tailored to specific projects or products. This role includes deploying automation pipelines to streamline processes and automating the creation and configuration of environments. The position requires continuous collaboration with various teams to ensure seamless integration and efficient operation of cloud platforms, supporting the overall technology infrastructure and project delivery.

Role: Java Backend Engineer specializing in Spring Boot, responsible for building and optimizing server-side APIs and search services within the Search pod using Elasticsearch.


Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand environment requirements and deliver scalable solutions.
- Monitor and maintain cloud environments to ensure high availability and performance.
- Document environment configurations and automation processes for knowledge sharing and future reference.
- Assist junior team members in understanding platform tools and best practices.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Spring Boot.
- Experience with cloud infrastructure setup and management.
- Strong knowledge of automation tools and scripting for environment deployment.
- Familiarity with continuous integration and continuous deployment pipelines.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve environment-related issues efficiently.
- Understanding of containerization and orchestration technologies.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Spring Boot.
- This position is based at our Pune office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
